Taylor Swift Donates $10,000 To Teenage Fan Battling Cancer

Taylor Swift has donated $10,000 to help one of her fans who is battling stage 4 cancer to pay her medical bills.

“Trinity, I saw photos of your album release party that you did in your hospital room and wanted to say thank you for being so kind and supportive!” the 29-year-old superstar wrote on 16-year-old Trinity Foster‘s GoFundMe page.

She added, “I hope I can give you a hug in person soon, but in the meantime I wanted to send you this and all my love. Your friend, Taylor.”

Swift’s benevolent act is worth more than double the amount Trinity’s fundraising page was able to raise since February.

Trinity has been diagnosed with stage 4 osteosarcoma, which has spread to her lung.

Acts of humanity toward her fans are not new to Swift, who donated to another young cancer patient named Landon last month.
