Queen + Adam Lambert Share Live ‘The Show Must Go On’ Video

Queen + Adam Lambert have shared “The Show Must Go On,” the first track from their upcoming live album, Live Around The World.

“The Show Must Go On” was created by the rock band as a tribute to Freddie Mercury‘s lust for life.

Queen guitarist Brian May shared some memories behind the track and its connection with original singer Mercury.

“Even though we were all aware of Freddie’s impending tragedy, we had some inspired and joyful times in the studio, making the ‘Innuendo’ album. We didn’t speak much about Freddie’s illness – he just wanted to get on with ‘business as usual’ as far as possible,” May said in a statement.

Queen + Adam Lambert Live Around the World will be released worldwide on October 2 in CD, CD+DVD, CD+Blu-ray & Vinyl formats, compiled from shows that took place between 2014 and February 2020.

There will be 20 tracks on the CD and vinyl versions and 22 songs on the DVD and Blu-ray.
